The title should probably be read as Some of the Things That Went Down Inside of a Digital Type Foundry in a Year Since Its Inception As Seen Through a Crack, but that would obviously be too long, a bit weird and a little awkward.
So, here are a few things.
Emotions? There were few, some high, and some low; feeling feelings. Anxiety; checked. Some sense of purpose? Sure, let’s add a bit of that too. Hours put in? Lots. Or maybe I’m just kidding myself. In paper and in pixels, in ink and proofs. The impressive and amazing activities of kerning, and invoices, accounting stuff...

Throwing sketches in the garbage and keeping notes for points. Well, that didn’t turn into a thing. Stacking post-its and spinning boxes, title of my sex tape.
Anyway, these are the highlights: A brush lettering and calligraphy workshop in Oradea’s stronghold; some other odd paintings that hang out in a corner of the studio; a new website showcasing personal, collaborations and commercial projects; a few fonts developed over the past couple of years now available for licensing; a set of wood type and some decorative, for do whatever you like with, wood letters; a new t-shirt, and a hoodie, mostly for myself, on these here chilly days, (on preorder); these, available through the shop. ↗

Titlul ar trebui să fie citit probabil ca Unele Lucruri care au Avut Loc în Interiorul unei Fonderii Digitale într-un An de la Înființare după cum Se Vede printr-o Crăpătură, ceea ce ar fi evident însă prea lung, puțin straniu și întrucâtva bizar. Deci, iată câteva lucruri.
Emoții? Au fost ceva, unele mai sus și altele mai jos; am simțit sentimente. Anxietate; verificat. Un dram de țel? Sigur, să adăugăm un pic. Ore acordate? Multe. Sau poate doar glumesc. Pe hârtie și din pixeli, la cerneală și în corecturi. Activitățile impresionante și uimitoare ale kerning-ului, facturile, contabilitatea... Sploosh!
Aruncarea schițelor la gunoi și păstrarea notelor pentru puncte. Ei bine, asta nu s-a transformat într-un lucru. Așezarea post-it-urilor și cutii care se învârt, noh, asta nu mai traduc...
Oricum, acestea sunt cele mai importante: un atelier de lettering și caligrafie cu pensula în Cetatea Oradea; alte picturi curioase care stau într-un colț al studioului; un nou site web prezentând proiecte personale, colaborări și proiecte comerciale; câteva fonturi dezvoltate în ultimii ani, disponibile acum pentru licențiere; un set de litere din lemn și unele decorative, să faci ce îți place cu ele, litere din lemn; un tricou nou și un hanorac, mai ales pentru mine, în zilele cu răcoare de acum (la preorder); acestea, disponibile prin magazin. ↗
